The Senior Sales Trainer manages origination and systems training as well day-to-day pipeline and troubleshooting support for new hires. This person develops and improves training materials and provides general training support through training resources, communication, scheduled team and one-on-one trainings, as well as recorded webinar series.
The Senior Sales Trainer works closely with new hires and new offices and serves as a liaison between our office teams and our operations departments. In this role, the Senior Sales Trainer is relied upon for exemplary customer service and communication, an ability to effective prioritize and multi-task, and a drive to succeed and adapt in a fast-paced environment
The Senior Sales Trainer is part of the Client Relations team and reports to the Vice President of Client Relations.
