    The Position

    Office Marketing Assistants are key to the development, execution and management of the Office's marketing processes and social media accounts. Office Marketing Assistants work to generate potential business and an expanded network by increasing brand visibility within local and online markets. 


    Office Marketing Assistants work closely with the Office's Sales Team and the Home Office Marketing Team to create strategies and content that are in-line with the company brand and meet Compliance requirements. The Office Marketing Assistants are responsible for upholding the company's commitment to customer service and professional ethics. Office Marketing Assistants report up to the Office's Vice President of Sales.


    • Work with Vice President of Sales and Mortgage Loan Originators to develop marketing strategies
    • Assist Vice President of Sales and Mortgage Loan Originators in drafting marketing materials, including social media posts and content*
    • Submit marketing materials, ideas and proposals to Equity’s Marketing Department for review*
    • Develop and amend materials and proposals to meet the standards and requests as communicated by the Marketing and Compliance departments*
    • Assist with social media presence and daily activity (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
    • Draft content with direction from the Vice President and Home Office Marketing Team
    • Implement local marketing campaigns and monitor trends
    • Research and qualify new business leads and lead sources
    • Special projects as assigned by management


    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Self-starting, self-reliant, highly motivated and dependable
    • Efficient in time-management and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
    • Tech savvy and quick-learning
    • A thorough understanding of the limitations of the position


    • High school diploma required
    • College degree preferred


    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in public relations, marketing, social media management or sales is a plus
